Worldline is a French payment and transactional services company founded in 1970. In 2004, Atos integrated its payment and online services activities into a division then called Atos Worldline.

A former employee shares her experience on indeed.com, "I have a very bad experience with Atos worldline. The managers have a very rude nature. They are not helping people. They expect that you are God. Whatever work is assigned it must be completed on time without knowing task details. You even can't clear your doubt with them as they behave very badly. They behave like bosses of the film. If you get stuck anywhere in work.. don't think anyone will help you..no work process followed..no proper work documents provided..in case of any mistakes done by you..immediately you will get a termination memo even if you are a confirmed employee...so much politics playing in team..no proper hierarchy of the reporting managers...if you are having 8 yrs experience.. you will work under 3 yrs experience guys.. they will order you."

"ATOS is not for freshers , I saw and I could see many people wasting their career in ATOS. They are wasting their important phase of first 1-5 years in company where Employees don't have any values . They hired development people and put them in Service area where their skills don't have value. Pay scale is very low. only 1.8 for non metro cities and do not give increment after transferring to Metro city. Worst part ever is Internal resource movements , they move any resource to any position without increment. I will not recommend anyone to go with this company.NothingLow pay scale, No increment, paid transport facility, No team outing, No programs of stress free, No Bonus at all, Worst environment as compared to other IT Companies"

Ja und das Management möchte nicht verstehen warum es nicht gut läuft, das schlimme ist sie wissen genau warum. Siemensianer sind total inflexibel und hatten sich für die besten, wissen aber nicht dass sie drittklassig sind, Kunden ohne Weitblick und ohne jegliche Ahnung usw. usw. !?!?!? Diese Firma ist eine Beleidigung für meine Intelligenz."

"ATOS based in Preston have very immature management. They will not take responsibility for causing work related stress and enjoy bulling their colleagues by many different types of assault. I started when it first opened and seen many different problems. Most of the management were inexperienced and young but because they were desperate for staff, they hired them anyway. It is like a high school full of jealous bullies. You will not get anywhere unless you pretend to be part of the bullies or are family/friends outside of work. The ‘clique’ would work together to find any excuse to fire someone they don’t like. Management will inappropriately touch or use language to women which they will find funny. Confidentiality is definitely not something they stand by. You cannot trust your management. Management lie to customers if they can’t be bothered to deal with them making the work load and stress heavier on you. They do not care for their customers or colleagues. You may also get the chance to take on other roles and responsibilities that they will not raise your wages for."
